If an instructor determines that a student’s current proficiency is insufficient for the requested exam course, the curriculum may be adjusted to focus on foundational skills first. Please note that no refunds will be provided in such cases.
For absolute beginners, focusing on core English foundations (BICS/CALP) before starting exam-specific training is highly recommended. You may also choose to add exam preparation midway through your stay.

Pre-Arrival Guide & Local Terms
Lesson Scheduling & Distribution
・As a general rule, daily lessons are distributed equally between morning and afternoon sessions.
・The Light Course is designed as a budget-friendly plan. Due to high demand for specific time slots, a surcharge of 500 PHP per slot/week will apply if you request a fixed schedule change.
※During off-peak seasons, we may be able to arrange your schedule free of charge if there is sufficient availability. However, we cannot guarantee this prior to your arrival as bookings can change last minute.
※These surcharges help us manage teacher assignments and recruitment to maintain high-quality instruction. We appreciate your understanding.
※During peak seasons (such as summer holidays), these surcharges may also apply to other courses.
・If you request all 4 slots of the Light Course to be held exclusively in the morning or exclusively in the afternoon, a surcharge of 1,500 PHP per week will be applied.

- Yes, all students are free to explore on weekends. For those wanting more flexibility, the Platinum Light Course offers a schedule that makes weekday exploration even easier.

- 8. Can parents and children stay in separate rooms?

- 9. What is the difference between Single, Double, and Quad rooms?

- 10. How are the fees for specialized courses calculated?
- An additional 10,000 JPY is charged per week, with a maximum cap of 160,000 JPY for stays of 17 weeks or longer. Details can be found at Exam Prep Fees.
- 11. Which courses offer hotel stay options?
- Hotel stays are a standard part of our Senior Hotel Light Course. For other courses, please contact us for a custom quote.
- 12. Can I choose my lesson time slots?
- While the school typically sets the schedule, customized scheduling is available as a paid option.
- 13. Are there classes on Philippine holidays?
