Course Scheduling & Lesson Distribution

• Lessons are generally distributed equally between morning and afternoon sessions.
• While the Light Course is our most affordable plan, request for specific time slots are very high. If you require a fixed schedule (e.g., all morning), an additional fee of 500 PHP per slot/week will apply.
*During off-peak seasons, we may be able to accommodate schedule requests for free if there is sufficient availability (however, guarantees cannot be made prior to arrival).
*This fee supports the recruitment of additional teachers to cover concentrated time slots. We appreciate your understanding.
*During peak seasons (such as summer/winter breaks), this additional scheduling fee may also apply to other courses.
• If you request all 4 hours of the Light Course to be strictly in the morning or strictly in the afternoon, an additional fee of 1,500 PHP per week will be charged.
We strive to meet all scheduling requests, but please understand that availability is not guaranteed.

Frequently Asked Questions about Tuition and Fees

Q. Does the tuition on this page include both classes and accommodation?

A. Yes, the general course fees for studying in the Philippines typically include both your 100% One-on-One tuition and dormitory accommodation.
However, additional costs such as electricity, visa-related fees, textbooks, and personal travel expenses are separate. For a detailed breakdown, please check our Full Fee Schedule page and specific course pages.

Q. How do the safety and cost-performance of Dumaguete compare to Cebu?

A. Dumaguete is known as a relatively safe and calm university city in the Philippines.
Since prices are more affordable than in Cebu, it is an ideal area for a low-cost and high-value study abroad experience. It is perfect for those who want to focus on intensive one-on-one lessons in a peaceful environment while enjoying local sightseeing.

Q. Can these general course rates be used for Family or Senior programs?

A. Yes, families and senior (Platinum) students can also use our general courses.
We also offer specialized "Parent-Child Programs" and a relaxed "Active Senior Plan" for those who prefer a slower pace of learning. Please visit our Family Course Rates or Platinum Generation (Seniors) page for more details.

Q. How do the fees change if I add Exam Preparation (TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, etc.)?

A. By adding an Exam Prep option to your general course for an additional $65 per week, you can convert 2 daily slots into intensive test preparation.
For stays of 16 weeks or more, the additional fee is capped, meaning the price will not increase further regardless of the duration. This makes it a very cost-effective plan for long-term students. See our Special Exam Course page.

Q. Can I check prices for specific durations like 5 or 9 weeks?

A. This page highlights our most popular stay durations (1, 4, 8, and 12 weeks).
For a complete list covering all durations (including 5, 9, and 16+ weeks), all courses, and all room types, please visit the Full Fee Schedule. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via our inquiry form.
